I have stayed for 7 days with my husband. Beds were big enough and the space was usually clean. Staff members were being extremely useful and friendly and constantly made us feel good. Rooms are big and the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Stayed for 5 days with my wife. Beds were big enough and the room was usually clean. The personnel have been very handy and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious plus the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.

Wonderful hotel, every little thing is nearby. Staff are tremendous welcoming and helpful and talk great English. There are activities every night and it´s a fantastic way to meet people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every single day. Only problem was beds are somewhat squeaky but that’s very small. Great value for the money!

If you are visiting Kuala Lumpur you have to book at Grand Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. And the nice ambience helped us enjoy our stay, it was very nice.
